These terms apply when you visit or use our websites. Our Terms and Conditions of Trade apply to quotes, orders, purchases and all work we carry out, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

These terms apply when you visit or use aquaworks.co.nz, warkworthplumbing.co.nz or any other website we operate (together, the Website). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

These terms cover use of the Website only. If you request a quote, place an order, book work or buy goods or services, our Terms and Conditions of Trade, including the one-page Terms of Trade on our quotes, also apply. They take priority over these terms on anything to do with the goods or services we supply.

2. Who we are

The Website is owned and operated by Pure Water Services North Limited, trading as Aqua Works and Warkworth Plumbing (we, us, our), 2 Mill Lane, Warkworth 0910. 3. Using the Website

You may use the Website for lawful personal or business purposes, including learning about our services, requesting information or a quote, buying from our online shop and contacting us.

You must not misuse the Website. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious software, interfering with how it works, scraping or harvesting information without permission, impersonating someone else, submitting false or misleading information, or using the Website in a way that breaks New Zealand law or another person’s rights.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Website where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems, our customers or other users.

4. Website information is general

Information on the Website is general guidance. Water systems, plumbing, pumps, treatment equipment and site conditions vary, so it is not a substitute for a site assessment, water test, professional diagnosis, quote or written specification. Performance figures on the Website, including manufacturer ratings, are general information and are not a guarantee of results at your property.

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but specifications, prices, availability, laws, standards and manufacturer requirements change. Please check with us before relying on information for a particular project.

Nothing on the Website is medical, legal, engineering or regulatory advice. Information about drinking-water safety, rental properties or compliance is general, and should be considered alongside the facts of your property and any advice you need from a relevant professional or regulator.

5. Quotes, bookings and online enquiries

Sending an enquiry, booking request or quote request does not by itself create a contract, or guarantee that we can do the work at a particular time or price. A contract is formed only when you accept our quote, we accept your booking or order, or we otherwise agree to do the work. Our Terms and Conditions of Trade then apply.

6. Our online shop

Prices in our online shop are in New Zealand dollars. The total you will pay, including GST and any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will email you when we receive it, and your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the goods. If an item is unavailable, or a price or description on the Website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing your order, and you can cancel it for a full refund.

If you buy as a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, including if goods are faulty. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on special-order items. Returns of unused standard stock are covered by our Terms and Conditions of Trade.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, diagrams, downloads and page layout, are owned by us or used with permission.

You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your own personal use or for considering our services. You must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, frame or commercially use Website content without our written permission. The Aqua Works and Warkworth Plumbing names, logos and branding must not be used in a way that suggests we endorse, partner with or are affiliated with you without our written approval.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, or send us photos, comments or other content through the Website or our review tools, you confirm it is honest, is your own or you have permission to share it, and is not defamatory, offensive or unlawful. We may display genuine reviews on the Website, and we may remove content that breaches these terms.

The Website may link to manufacturer, supplier, regulator or other third-party websites. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean we control or endorse their content, products, security or privacy practices. Please review their terms and privacy information.

10. Availability and security

We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free access. It may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, outages or events beyond our reasonable control. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on general Website information without getting advice or confirmation suited to your circumstances, or for loss arising from third-party websites, interruptions, malware or unauthorised access outside our reasonable control.

If you use the Website for business purposes, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising solely from using or being unable to use the Website.
