Our water pump had blown and aqua works provided the same day service to fix our pump. They will provide a temporary option too, but will ensure your water supply is back working.

2023. The usual 5 star service. Warren & Jacob were on time, had great communication, were both professional & efficient. I can't fault this team. They're from another galaxy. 2021 Karl was back to service my water filter today (masked & gloved up) & once again I couldn't fault him or the rest of the team. From booking with Steve, communicating with Raewyn, then the friendly & professional service by Ryan, this company is nothing but slick, to say the least. Well done guys. Stay safe. 2020 Ive spoken to Steve twice on the phone re my filter service, both times he has been an absolute delight to deal with - friendly, professional, helpful & gave me a fair & reasonable quote. Ive since had my uv water filter serviced by Karl, who was also a delight to deal with. He was very informative & helpful - now my UV water filter system is not such a mystery to me. He was on time, efficient & provided some really good advice. I would highly recommend this company!

We have had Aqua Works at our property to install a new water tank with a new pump and water filters. That went so well that we have also been calling on them for all the plumbing work needed during our renovations. Troy has been our plumber and he is professional, reliable, clever and so personable to have around, which makes a real difference when you have a lot of work to do. Our water pump was on its last legs and losing pressure on New Year's day. I contacted Aqua Works and Steve replied promptly, making an arrangement to come and sort it out. The pump needed replacing and Steve was able to instal a new more powerful pump on the spot. Thanks for the great service, which was particularly appreciated during a holiday period!

Aqua Works Filters & Pumps have excelled in their service again for us. They’ve always been superb in servicing us as clients. Mainly with our domestic water pumps and filters . Comms is always first class, right from the initial contact with Raewyn through to progress on ordering parts and fitting in an urgent or routine installation. This time we had a curly one. I needed a new water pump and filter for our RV Campervan and fairly promptly. I was quite surprised when Steve Reynolds the owner stepped in said he could sort. Ordering and installing within a few working days. Shane did the installing in a no fuss friendly,smooth operation. In the driving rain. Great to experience a local business like Aqua Works.
