What are your office hours?
Our Warkworth office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Call 0800 278 296 or 09 425 6080. For emergencies, our 24/7 line is 021 278 7427.
Where are you based?
Our office and showroom are at 2 Mill Lane, Warkworth 0910. Our vans cover Rodney and North Auckland, from Mangawhai to Albany.
How do I book a service for my water filter or UV system?
Call 0800 278 296, email healthy@aquaworks.co.nz or send us the form on this page, and we’ll book a time that suits you. Every water treatment system needs a service every 12 months, and we’ll remind you when yours is due.
Do you charge to come out and quote?
No. For a new system or a bigger job, we come out for a free site visit first, then send you a quote.
Can you come out after hours?
Yes. For emergencies like a burst pipe, no water or a leaking hot water cylinder, call our 24/7 line on 021 278 7427. Call-outs outside normal working hours are charged at an after-hours rate, and we’ll explain the cost before we head out.
